Chagrin Highlands is a luxury subdivision in Solon, Ohio that offers great location and beautiful homes situated on 1 acre wooded lots, all located within a true neighborhood setting.
This is a vast development located in the central part of Solon. The entrance is located off Liberty Road, just north of Bainbridge Road. Chagrin Highlands offers easy access to the local highway and is also close in proximity to local attractions such as the Solon Community Center, Solon Center for The Arts, local shopping, and the highly rated Solon Schools.
There are approximately 154 single family homes located within the Chagrin Highlands subdivision. There is also a small area of 19 cluster homes as well located on the left hand side of the beginning of the development.
Most single family homes in Chagrin Highlands were built in the early to mid 1990′s, although there are a few newer homes as well. Homes range in price from $450,000-$1,000,000+ and are fairly large, averaging about 4200 square feet. The homes here have high-end finishes, top of the line appliances, and numerous upgrades throughout, especially in the higher price points. Most homes have an office on the main level. Master bedroom location is mixed throughout the development with some homes having the master on the first floor and others having it on the second level. Most homes in Chagrin Highlands have full finished basements.
The distinguishing feature of Chagrin Highlands is that all homes are situated on wooded lots of around an acre. The landscaping throughout the area is impressive and helps define this truly beautiful development. Streets located within Chagrin Highlands include: Arbor Glen, Cedar Court, Chagrin Highlands Drive, Delamere, Gaelic Glen, Glenlivet Court, Loch Lomand, Lochmoor Drive, Lochmoor Court, and Penfield.
The majority of cluster homes are 3 bedrooms and ranch in style. These units boast about 2700 square feet on average and sit on lots of between .25-.35 acres. All are located on Aberdeen Drive. There is a monthly fee of $175 which includes landscaping and snow removal.
