What Are The Best Streets In Solon Ohio

Recently, a buyer who was relocating from the East coast called me to learn more about Solon. You see, her family was being relocated here and she didn’t have a lot of time.

She asked a lot of basic questions, and then hit me with a bombshell: “so Dan, what is the best street in Solon?”

As an agent, this is where is gets tough because legally we aren’t allowed to give our opinion, or “steer” buyers to one area over another. Even if this wasn’t the case, it would still be a difficult question to answer. After all, there are a ton of great streets in Solon and in the end, it all depends on what a buyer wants.

If you asked 20 people to name their favorite street in town, you’d probably get 20 different answers. Best is a relative term. Some people like a particular street because it is esthetically pretty, and some like a street because it offers a great location for them. However,  does that mean the homes and neighborhood are a good fit for you? Maybe, maybe not.

The best thing to do as a buyer is to define specifically what you want, regardless of what others say they like or don’t like.

What kind of lot do you want? Do you prefer a specific location, such as north vs. south? What is your preferred price range? The answers to these questions will automatically eliminate certain areas and make your personal search that much easier.

After a lengthy conversation with the woman who was relocating, she realized that knowing street names wasn’t all that important anymore. She quickly understood that she simply wanted to find the best street and neighborhood that fits her lifestyle, and budget.

Even though we personally must be unbiased, we still have a lot of knowledge and guidance that we can offer. My wife and I personally relocated to the area and have lived in Solon for over 11 years. Additionally, we have 2 children in the Solon school system, and have clients in every main development in the area.

We can tell you almost everything you want to know about certain areas of the city.

We can also tell you about special places of interest, show you where the schools are located, and even introduce you to other clients of ours who have relocated to the area. Our new clients find this to be extremely helpful.

When all is said and done, we understand what you are going through and will find you the best street in Solon, for you. At the end of the day, that’s really all that matters.
