The Preserve is a large and very popular development in Solon, Ohio. It offers spacious homes, great location, and a wonderful neighborhood environment. Here is a video tour of The Preserve that will give you an idea of what it has to offer.

LOCATION OF THE PRESERVE

The Preserve is located in the heart of Solon, Ohio, one of Cleveland’s most popular upscale suburbs. This is one of Solon’s largest developments of newer homes and is located in close proximity to many popular local destinations such as Solon Center For the Arts, Solon Community Center, Solon Public Library, and Solon Schools.

The Preserve officially has 2 entrances off Liberty Road and another entrance off Pettibone Road.

HOUSING IN THE PRESERVE

The Preserve offers a wide variety of housing. All homes here are single family in nature and mainly two story colonials. Most were built in the 1990′s and offer a wide array of lot sizes.

Homes in The Preserve have open floor plans and modern amenities. Many homes here were custom built, so the development does not give you a cookie-cutter feeling. Most homes have 2 story foyers, high ceilings, at least 4 bedrooms and 3 baths, and finished basements. Additionally, many have home offices, decks, and finished basements.

While lots sizes are typically .5 acres, there are many that are bigger, especially on one of the many cul-de-sacs located here.

Since there are so many homes located here, the price range varies quite a bit. Homes in the Preserve typically sell for between $300,000-$450,000.

WHY PEOPLE ENJOY LIVING IN THE PRESERVE

We have sold many homes here and our clients feel that it is has a great neighborhood feeling. They say it’s like a little community as kids are often playing with each other and neighbors are extending themselves to one another.

Forest Hills is located in Solon, Ohio, one of Cleveland area’s most upscale suburbs. This particular development is fairly small and tucked away, so many people not familiar with it don’t even know it’s there.

Forest Hills is officially located off Pettibone Road, between Liberty Road and SOM Center Road ( Route 91 ). Overall, it is fairly close to downtown and the airport, making it a very popular destination for executives who are relocating to the Cleveland area.

The Forest Hills development is very private and the homes are quite impressive, both inside and out. Those looking for a fine luxury home on a nice private wooded lot usually have to sacrifice one or the other, but Forest Hills offers the best of both worlds. The homes are stately and luxurious and the lots are large and private.

The detailed exteriors and well-manicured landscaping gives Forest Hills a very luxurious feeling. A lot of the homes are all brick or stone, yet they all have a different look and feel, making them unique. There are even a few Tudor style homes sprinkled in as well.

North Park is one of Solon Ohio’s premiere luxury home developments. The following will describe this wonderful neighborhood and even include a video tour of homes in North Park at the bottom.

LOCATION OF NORTH PARK

North Park is located in the upscale city of Solon, Ohio, one of Cleveland area’s most popular East side suburbs. This development is especially popular because of it’s easy highway access.

While Solon in general is a manageable drive to both downtown and the airport, North Park is especially sought out because it is closer to the highway than any other comparable Solon luxury home development.

HOUSING IN NORTH PARK

The North Park development consists of approximately 45 homes. All homes were built within the last 10 years by local area builders, Dinallo and Wittrup homes, known throughout the area for their quality of construction and attention to detail.

One feature of North Park that stands out is that homes are situated on 1 acre lots. This is a rarity for Solon as many luxury homes here don’t offer as much land.

Homes here have open floor plans and are colonial in style. Some homes have master bedrooms on the first level, while others have all bedrooms on the second floor. All have at least a 3 car garage.

American Green Energy – Want to “get off the grid” some day. Think solar panels and wind turbines not only for a business but for your personal home as well. This local company based in Westlake, Ohio provides some great options for those committed to really “go green”. We talked with Sr. Sales Executive Ankish Shah and were impressed with the company’s commitment to personalized green solutions.

Solatube – Featured on HGTV, this is a company that installs a tube that leads from your roof to your ceilings and acts as a light fixture by capturing, accentuating, and distributing natural light into your home. This is a product you simply have to see in person to really appreciate. The local dealer, Richard Ruscin, was a great guy with offices both the East and West sides of town.
